great location but noisy surroundings

The location was superb, just steps from the beach. I loved the city view from my balcony—it made mornings feel special. The pool area offered fun daytime activities, making it a great spot to unwind.

We had an awesome stay! The vibrant pool area was the highlight, especially with lively Friday Pool Parties and cool DJ sessions. Enjoyed a fun time at the games room and saw some great live music performances. We also visited Terra Mítica for a day and had a blast! a fantastic trip with friends.

There was one annoying detail. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work well, which made it quite uncomfortable during warmer days.

The pool party was 🔥! Amazing DJ, mermaid show, and creative cocktails. Just wish check-in was quicker since we were a big group. such an exhilarating atmosphere with friends! Can't wait to be back.

Perfect for a Group Celebration!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a stag do, and it was spot on for our group! The location is just a stone's throw from the beach and nightlife, making it super easy to enjoy all Benidorm has to offer. Our superior room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including a spacious balcony that turned out to be the perfect hangout spot. The pool area was vibrant, and the bar staff kept the drinks flowing. Just keep in mind that during peak hours, finding a sunbed can be tricky.

Luggage storage was convenient, and the seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing. Noisy at night.

The pool area was fantastic with a huge TV for game day. The atmosphere was electric, packed with energy from cheering fans. Clean, inviting pool kept us cool. DJ played great sets. Comfortable bed in Economy Room made for a good night's rest. 🏊‍♂️

The location worked perfectly for our group, just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the vibrant pool area with excellent entertainment, including live bands and games on a huge screen. Our superior room had a decent size and a lovely balcony, great for hanging out. we faced issues with air conditioning. it never cooled down properly. The reception staff seemed dismissive when I asked about it. We also noticed room maintenance needed attention, especially the bathroom with cracked tiles. The food at the buffet left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor. we had a good time with friends, but there were definite areas for improvement.

The hotel features spacious bedrooms with a decent fridge and tea-making facilities, catering to comfort. Enjoyable entertainment with nightly tribute acts keeps the atmosphere lively, which adds a unique twist to evening activities.

There was a significant refurbishment underway in the front area, exposing dusty wires and creating an unkempt vibe. Noise levels in the hotel were an issue, particularly from nearby clubs that played loud music until the early hours, making it tough for light sleepers to get proper rest. the outdated condition of the rooms left much to be desired, including inadequate bathroom lighting and overlooked maintenance like cracked tiles.

The room was equipped with a kettle and fridge, but there was rubble falling in the shower.

The pool area was awesome with sports and music on a huge screen. The entertainment at the white star pub was a blast every evening.

Could get pretty noisy at night.

Comfortable room, friendly service, the complimentary welcome drink added a nice touch to our stay, and the convenient location provided easy access to local attractions and beach access just a short walk away.
